Born and raised in Northern California, Kristine Siewers brings more than 20 years of real estate and construction experience, a degree in Interior Design, and over $200 million in real estate sales to her work with homeowners and investors.
Her background allows her to see a property from multiple perspectives—its market potential, condition, presentation, and long-term value. Whether helping clients buy, sell, or manage a rental home, Kristine combines local knowledge with practical guidance and personal attention.
In 2016, Kristine founded her property management business to give clients dependable support beyond the purchase or sale of an investment. Today, that business operates as Premier Legacy Property Management, serving owners of single-family homes, multifamily and commercial properties throughout Placer, Sacramento, and El Dorado counties.

Greg Siewers brings an entrepreneurial mindset, competitive drive, and firsthand business ownership experience to Premier Legacy’s commercial division. A Sacramento State alumnus with a background in business and a retired professional athlete, Greg founded and successfully sold two gyms—giving him a practical understanding of the decisions business owners face when choosing a space.
Greg understands how frustrating commercial real estate can feel when calls go unanswered and personal attention is hard to find. His approach centers on responsive communication, hard work, and consistent follow-through. Whether helping clients buy, sell, lease, or manage commercial property, Greg focuses on understanding their goals and helping them move forward with confidence.
